How we handle your details

North Via Tech is a software studio based in Ontario, Canada. This page explains what this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you send the contact form: your name, email address, and anything you choose to add — company, the kind of project, budget, and your message. We use it only to reply to you and to discuss the work you asked about.

When you message us on WhatsApp or by email: whatever you send us, used the same way. WhatsApp conversations are also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.

When you visit the site: anonymous, aggregated statistics — which pages are viewed, the country and type of device, and the site that referred you. This uses Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you personally.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms. The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps short-lived technical logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google to fetch them. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone else, and we do not use them for advertising.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we are corresponding with you, and afterwards only as long as normal business records require. If a project goes ahead, project correspondence is kept for the life of the engagement.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, at any time. Email info@northviatech.com and we will act on it promptly.
